Payment Options
New Owners tend to pay for their holiday home in one of three ways.
Payment In Full
Up to £9,000 can be accepted in cash with the remainder paid by cheque, bankers draft, credit or debit card.
Third Party Finance
Through a bank, family member or friend.
Park Funding Package
Most Owners take advantage of a park funding package arranged specifically for them. Either a minimum of £3,000 cash or 20% of the holiday home value is required as a deposit and a funding package is then sourced that suits their requirements. All details can be processed on park.
